SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

 

All of our Rosinii products are shipped to you from Hungary via a secure, tracked shipping method.

Where does Rosinii ship?

Rosinii currently ships to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom (UK), United States (US)

Shipping Cost

Rosinii.com orders are shipped on business days (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes, please provide a physical address. 

EUROPEAN COUNTRIES – shipped via DPD Express:

Free Standard Shipping for all orders over 40 EUR.  No code necessary. Free shipping will be applied at checkout.

For orders less than 40 EUR, shipping fee is 5 EUR.

 

USA – shipped via FedEx International Priority Service:

Free Standard Shipping for all orders over 180 EUR.

For orders less than 180 EUR, shipping fee is 38 EUR.

 

UK – shipped via FedEx International Priority Service:

Free Standard Shipping for all orders over 90 EUR.

For orders less than 90 EUR, shipping fee is 25 EUR.

 

Delivery Time

Delivery time is between 3 to 5 business days.

Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days, depending on product availability. During really busy periods like sales, we may take up to 3-5 days for some orders due to the high volumes.

 

Taxes & Other Duties

Customs fees, tariffs or duties are not included in pricing.
Orders shipped to non EU countries could be charged with customs fees upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the extent of these costs, which are your responsibility. Please consult the local customs office to determine the amount of duties and taxes that will be charged on your package.

Please also note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at checkout.

 Rosinii is not required to inform customers of such additional costs and is not required to refund such costs to customer.

 

Returns

We hope that you love your Rosinii products(s) as much as we do. However, if for any reason you wish to return any or all products within your order, you have fourteen (14) days after the order has been delivered to do so. We will gladly issue a refund if the return conditions (noted below) have been met.

Please note that products must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original cardboard outer packaging, which must remain sealed and thereby unopened.

Please make sure you choose an appropriate cardboard shipping box for your return to prevent the content(s) from being damaged while in transit. 

Please arrange a return shipment using a carrier of your choice. We apologize – you must bear the return shipping costs, which are nonrefundable.

Before returning your product(s), please email us at info@rosinii.com within fourteen (14) days after delivery to inform us which products you would like to return. In this email, please include the following information: order number, product(s) you would like to return, name, phone number, email address and delivery address.

Our team will assist you through the process.

We will usually refund your order within 5 days of receiving return goods in our warehouse but please note, that it might take longer for refund to apear in your account as transfers between payment systems might take a longer time. If returning an item that qualified you for a bonus gift or free sample(s), please include the bonus gift and/or sample(s) with your return. The gift product should be in intact and unopened. If you choose to keep the bonus gift, your account will be charged for its value.

Returns of damaged products

In case your Rosinii package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please save the shipping box, the Rosinii products and its outer cardboard packaging, and email us as soon as possible at info@rosinii.com to notify us of the damage.
