Skincare equivalent haircare
With nearly a decade of skin care and makeup product development experience behind me, I am a big lover of concentrated formulas, a variety of active ingredients and easy-to-use, minimal routines to offer effective, yet smart choices to beauty lovers worldwide. In recent years, I’ve always tried to pay as much attention to the care of my hair as I do to my skin, but I’ve always had a shortage of products available on the market, especially when it comes to scalp care. I was wondering how cool it would be to find products with similar concentration and effectiveness to our premium skin care products, of course keeping in mind that they are free of harsh sulfates, parabens, gluten, alcohol and animal-derived ingredients. Since it didn’t work out after many, many follow-ups, I ended up creating the “dream hair care product list” of my own and decided to develop them myself to provide beauty lovers with effective haircare that takes inspiration from the advancements in the skincare world.
THAT’S HOW ROSINII WAS BORN.
the “skin-ification” of haircare
The truth is, there’s been much more overlap between haircare and skincare, especially with the focus on the scalp (which is also skin, after all). We tend to focus on the hair growing out of it, but the reality is that most of our hair problems stem from the scalp itself. Take the harsh hairstyling products that many people use on the daily (and often aren’t designed for skin): These products can seep down and clog hair follicles, leading to chronic scalp and hair conditions.
