Where is Rosinii based and where are Rosinii products manufactured?

Rosinii was born in Hungary and our headquarter is here. All Rosinii products are formulated and manufactured in Hungary.

What makes Rosinii formulas different from other hair care product brands?

We make it part of our mission to not only formulate products that are non-toxic and naturally-based, but that also produce the high performance results you want and deserve. To us, it’s not just about formulating our products with safe ingredients, but also making products that truly work. Rosinii products contain natural oils, vitamins, innovative active ingredients and antioxidants that create the foundation for healthier, beautiful hair with every use. Our products are never formulated with sulfates, parabens, phthalates, animal-derived ingredients (like Collagen or Keratin), or DEA.

Does Rosinii test on aminals?

We’re absolutely 100% against animal cruelty. Rosinii does not conduct or commission animal testing on any of its products or ingredients, or by way of any of our laboratories or suppliers. Animal testing for cosmetics is illegal in the European Union since 2009.
Although we’re not currently certified cruelty free, it is certainly something we’re looking to do in the near future.

How should I store my Rosinii products?

Due to the natural and active ingredients in Rosinii products, they must be stored in a climate controlled environment (16-23°C), away from direct sun exposure and dampness. Containers must be tightly closed at all times when not in use to avoid damage from humidity and oxidation.

Are your products safe for pregnancy?

All of our products are made without harmful ingredients. However, every person and every pregnancy is different, so we recommend discussing all your personal care products with your physician.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Each product’s shelf life can be found on its packaging in a symbol with the number of months indicated on the inside of an open jar. Since our products are natural and we do not use parabens, our products do have a shelf life of typically 6 months from opening. If our products are kept out of direct sunlight and at room temperature or below, they will stay fresher longer. We use chelating agents and antioxidants, like Vitamin E in some of our products to extend the natural shelf life and keep the oils in their freshest and most potent form. In the rare case that you purchase one of our products and find that it is not at its freshest point, please email us so we can handle this on a case-by-case basis. Do you ship to Africa/Asia/South America/Australia/New Zealand/Russia/Middle East?

No, we unfortunately don’t ship to these regions yet. Please note we’re working hard to make this possible in the future.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your unused and unopened products within 14 days after the shipment arrival date. Please consult our Customer Service team at info@rosinii.com. For further instructions please consult the Shipping & Returns page. 

I think my package is lost, what do I do?

We always strive to provide the best possible service. In case your package was lost or you received it damaged please reach out to info@rosinii.com so we can help you as soon as possible.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, or Maestro credit cards or debit cards.

Paypal is an alternate method for purchasing your order on rosinii.com. It enables any individual with an email address to securely send payments online. With a Paypal account, you can choose to pay with your credit card, debit card, bank account, or Paypal balance for any purchase you make. Your credit card and bank numbers are never seen by us, plus, you’re 100% protected against unauthorized payments sent from your account.

When will my credit card or PayPal account be charged?

Your credit card or PayPal account will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and being processed.

What can I do if my payment is declined?

Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.

Is your card expired?
Your card issuer may have declined your payment. They don’t tell us the reason for this, so it’s best to check with them before trying your card again. If none of these apply, please contact us at info@rosinii.com. We’re happy to help!

Where can I find my invoice?

Your invoice will be emailed to you when the order is finalized by us. The same email will include the tracking link to help you follow the delivery prgress. The invoice will also be included in your parcel in printed form.

Order Questions

How can I change or cancel my order?

While we aren’t able to revise or cancel an order once it’s been placed, you can return your unused and unopened products within 14 days after the shipment arrival date.

How do I know if my order has been received?

You’ll receive a confirmation email from us shortly after placing an order on our website. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam folder first; otherwise, please reach out to us at info@rosinii.com and we’ll be happy to help!

Will I receive advance notice of the delivery?

Yes, the courier company will notify you of the delivery by email, providing you an interval of several hours for delivery.

If I can't be at the address at the time of delivery, how can I get my package?

The courier company will attempt delivery on two consecutive business days and will notify you in advance by email. If you know in advance that you will not be available, please contact the courier company’s customer service to request a change or redirect your package to a package point.

What should I do if my tracking says "delivered" but I have not received my order?

Please note that depending on the country of delivery, your package may be placed at the nearest parcel point if you were not available at the second delivery time. In this case, you can find the name of the parcel point in the “Detailed Shipment tracking” menu item in the tracking link.

If you have any further questions, please contact the courier company’s customer service based on the tracking number.

 

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

You can use one promo code per order. If you’ve encountered two valid Rosinii promo codes during your travels through the Internet, please choose the one you want to use more.

Can I use a promo code on top of another promotion?

Offers advertised on the website without a code will be automatically applied and cannot be used along with a separate promo code. If your order qualifies for an advertised offer and you also enter a promo code, we’ll apply the best deal.
